Holistic philosophy, medical approach, evidence-based recovery programmes for those who served.

We are dedicated to transforming the lives of UK veterans and service personnel affected by PTSD and other mental health challenges.
Our Mission
Our mission is to deliver sustainable, evidence-based support through integrated care, assisted psychotherapy, education, and research, enriched by insights from ancient and traditional wisdoms.
By combining modern science with time-honoured practices, we enable recovery, reintegration, and long-term wellbeing, ensuring no veteran is left behind.
Our Four Core
Principles

Programme
To fund, facilitate, and deliver, medical integrated treatments into a standardised programme, together with assisted psychotherapy.
Thereby, pioneer an integrated healthcare model that can benefit both veterans and the wider public to recover from PTSD.
Education
To inform and educate veterans and the public about PTSD and evidence-based treatments that promote mental wellness, reduce stigma and share the science behind new mental health breakthroughs.
Bring awareness to each medical modality and how they all contribute to addressing mental health and PTSD.
Thereby contributing to regulating the patient management of each veteran.
Re-integration
To develop a Post-Service Integration Programme by assisting veterans to transition to civilian life, equipping them with career conversion resources and skills development.
Research
To support and partner with major
universities to conduct and develop evidence-based protocols to improve healing and recovery from
PTSD and other contributing mental
health complications.
To assist in Randomised Controlled Studies with Universities to contribute to research into assisted
psychotherapy.
This enhanced knowledge about veterans will enable provision to be made available on the NHS for veterans through compassionate access.

Our Journey
Over the last 3 years The Way of the Warriors has had tremendous support to get where we are now.
Our journey has been to develop a solid foundation to hold the space for veterans, to be supported through their Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and their re-integration back into civilian life.
We have researched many areas to support mental health from a scientific biological perspective, and all the way through to the emotional, mental and spiritual development.
Our journey has shown that Mental Health cannot be de-compartmentalised because the mind and body are one and cannot be separated. Our philosophy is holistic with a medical approach towards mental health as a whole and specifically towards PTSD.
Simultaneously we want to develop a scientific understanding to validate our approach towards mental health and PTSD. Our team of advisors are brought together to develop a deeper understanding how PTSD can be approached for healing and recovery.
We are now starting the process to make our submission to the charity commission. During this time, we will be looking forward to strengthening our relationships with the indigenous tribes, universities, investors, supporters and the veteran community.
Public Benefit
Every activity is designed to:
Relieve mental distress in veterans. End the cycle of untreated PTSD and suicide in the veteran community.
Advance public knowledge and understanding of mental health, PTSD and evidence-based medicine.
Contribute to global research and deliver scientific breakthroughs that benefit both veterans and the wider public.
Support the reintegration of skilled individuals back into the economy and society.
